Celebrating Academic Excellence: UoN’s 72nd Graduation Ceremony

On December 13, 2024, the University of Nairobi proudly hosted its 72nd Graduation Ceremony, awarding 5,117 degrees across ten faculties under the theme “Transforming Society with Adaptive and Innovative Graduates.” The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences led with an impressive 1,535 graduates, including 11 PhDs, 260 Master’s, 40 Postgraduate Diplomas, 1,175 Bachelor’s, and 49 Diplomas—cementing its role as a leader in nurturing transformative minds.

The National Economics Debate 2024

The 3rd Edition of the National Economics Debate 2024 was held on 5th November 2024 at the University of Nairobi, hosted by the Department of Economics in the Chandaria Auditorium at UoN Towers. The event brought together economists and students from across Kenya, united by the theme: “Sustainable Education: From Access to Economic Returns.”
