Nine CTI Students to Graduate in 62 University of Nairobi Graduation Ceremony

Nine students from CTI will be graduating come 20th December, 2019 during the University of Nairobi’s 62 graduation ceremony

The students taking MA in Translation and MA in Interpretation will graduate following completion of studies and successful defense of their respective theses.

Having started with low numbers of graduands in previous graduations, CTI continues to impress with increased numbers in subsequent graduation ceremonies.

Established in June 2010, the Centre for Translation and Interpretation (CTI) is a regional postgraduate institution born out of collaboration between the University of Nairobi, the United Nations and the European Union with the mandate to train translators and, conference and community interpreters within the African region.

The Centre has modern training facilities with state-of-the –art interpreting booths, a library and a computer laboratory.

CTI has intakes in October each year for MA in Translation and MA in Interpretation.
